FINBOURNE Technology Appoints Toby Glaysher as Chairman and Forms Advisory Board

London, 1 May 2025 – FINBOURNE Technology, a leading provider of investment technology, today announced the appointment of Toby Glaysher as Chairman of the Board, alongside the formation of a new Advisory Board to enhance client focus and support continued growth.

Glaysher brings extensive experience in global financial services, most recently serving as President of Global Fund Services at Northern Trust, where he played a key role in advancing the firm’s digital and data transformation.

As Chairman, Glaysher will guide FINBOURNE’s Board and act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, leveraging his deep industry expertise to support the company’s next phase of growth. His background in scaling businesses across asset owners, managers, and servicers aligns closely with FINBOURNE’s client base and market strategy.

In addition, FINBOURNE has established a new Advisory Board comprising senior industry leaders from the UK and US. The Board will provide independent insight and guidance to support the company’s strategic priorities.

Members of the Advisory Board are:

1. Adel Szabo Malcolm, Co-Head of Global Data Operations and Investment Data Lead at Columbia Threadneedle, and until recently, Global Head of Data Solutions at Legal and General – Asset Management, with deep expertise in enterprise data strategy and operations.
2. Andrew McCaffery, former Global Chief Investment Officer at Fidelity International, where he oversaw the investment management division and served on the Global Operating Committee. He previously held senior roles at Aberdeen, including Global Head of Alternatives, and has also worked at BlueCrest, Attica, and UBS.
3. David Hudson, former Co-Head of Digital and Platform Services at JPMorgan, where he led digital transformation across technology, operations, and data for the Corporate and Investment Bank. He also held senior roles including CFO and COO of Markets.
4. Lance DeLuca, Chief Operating Officer at Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), overseeing operations, technology, data, and enterprise architecture. He has held senior roles at Schroders, Jupiter Asset Management, and BlackRock.
5. Mihir Shah, former CIO and CTO at Fidelity Investments, where he led major technology and data initiatives, including the modernization of the firm’s asset management platform and enterprise-wide analytics strategy. With over 30 years in financial services, Shah has also held leadership roles at Churchill Insurance and Tata Consultancy Services.
6. Yury Dubrovsky, former Chief Risk Officer at Lazard Ltd and Lazard Asset Management, where he led risk and quantitative analysis teams for over 15 years and was a member of the Management Committee of Lazard’s asset management subsidiary. With over 30 years of experience in financial services, both on the sell side and buy side, Dubrovsky has also held senior roles at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and AT&T.
