We track and offset the carbon emissions of our global operations, with corporate travel identified as our highest Scope 3 impact. Through our partnership with Ecologi, a B Corp-certified climate action platform, we remove 100% of the emissions associated with our teams' travel. Our London headquarters runs on 100% renewable electricity, and UK and Dublin employees can access our Cycle to Work Scheme as a greener commuting option.

Diversity and Inclusion

We are committed to building a culture where every employee can be themselves. We partner with The 19% List to increase visibility of female talent in tech, and with the Social Mobility Foundation (SMF) to support young people from low socioeconomic backgrounds. Over the past four years, we have offered 40 internship positions to SMF students, and our team volunteers in their six-month Undergraduate Mentoring Programme.

We support our people's physical and mental health through private medical insurance, gym memberships, mental health support services, trained first aiders, and dedicated wellbeing days throughout the year.

Giving and Volunteering
